A B2B web shop where retailers order themselves

For Evort we built a B2B platform where retailers handle their own purchasing. Anyone can browse the catalogue, but prices and ordering only appear after logging in with a business account. From catalogue to sign-up flow: all designed and built by us in WordPress with Elementor and WooCommerce.

  • Elementor + WooCommerce
  • Prices only after login
  • Catalogue per location

How we did it

A shop window for everyone,
purchasing for the retailer.

We built the site in two layers. The public side works as a shop window: catalogue, product pages and a clear route to becoming a retailer. Behind the login sits the business shop with prices, cart and ordering. One platform, fully self-managed.

B2B web shop

Catalogue, product pages, cart and checkout in WooCommerce, set up for business purchasing. Fast on mobile, clear on desktop.

Business accounts

Registration and My account for retailers. Prices and ordering are locked: a regular visitor sees the product, not the price.

Filters per location

The catalogue organised by place and product type, with a menu per location and filters you can share as a link.

Sign-up flow

A sign-up form for new retailers with location choice, availability per location and a waiting list when a place is full.

What we built

Features of evort.nl

  • Locked prices

Prices, cart and ordering only visible after logging in with a business account.

  • Registration and My account

Business customers create their own account and manage their details there.

  • Shop per location

Menu with a dedicated shop per place, with subcategories per product type.

  • Facet filters

Filter by location and product type, with the selection in the URL so a filtered list can be shared.

  • Search

Search bar in the header to find a product fast.

  • Product labels

Labels like New and Coming soon to highlight products or announce them in advance.

  • Recommended retail price

A recommended retail price per product, so the shop sees its margin right away.

  • Sign-up form

Location choice with status per location: open for sign-up, or full with a waiting list.

  • Custom request pages

Four pages where customers can request a custom product.

  • Shipping rules

Notice for order before 2 pm, shipped the same day, and free shipping from € 234.

  • Newsletter and blog

  • Elementor + WooCommerce

Design and pages in Elementor, the shop in WooCommerce. The client updates products, pages and copy themselves.

Intake
STEP 1

Purchasing without emails and phone calls

The goal was clear: retailers should be able to order themselves, whenever it suits them. No more order lists by email, but a web shop that handles all purchasing. We built the platform around that.

Structure
STEP 2

Two layers: shop window and purchasing

The public side shows the catalogue and guides new shops to the sign-up flow. Behind the login: prices, cart and ordering. The catalogue stays findable in Google without consumers seeing trade prices.

Catalogue
STEP 3

A catalogue you browse by location

We organised the catalogue by location and product type, with a menu per place, facet filters, search and labels for new and upcoming products. A retailer finds what fits their location in a few clicks.

Accounts
STEP 4

Prices only after login

Business customers register and log in via My account. Only then do prices appear and can they order. Every product also shows a recommended retail price, so the shop sees its margin right away.

Sign-up
STEP 5

New retailers in the right place

A sign-up form with location choice and an overview of availability per location. If a place is full, the shop joins the waiting list. Every request arrives with the right details straight away.

Build
STEP 6

Fast, mobile and self-managed

Built in WordPress with Elementor and WooCommerce, mobile-first and lightweight. Elementor for the design and pages, WooCommerce for catalogue, accounts and orders. Shipping rules, the 2 pm promise and four custom-product request pages are built in, and the client updates products, pages and blog themselves.

Live
NOW

A platform that grows along

The shop is live and running. The client adds new products and locations themselves, and the structure of locations, filters and accounts scales with it.
